Customer Journey Map
I created a customer journey map for Zen West during my research and analysis stage of working with the company. This journey map helps tell the story of a typical Zen West customer's experience with the restaurant. The customer journey map takes into consideration various touchpoints, painpoints and emotions.
The map works to reveal potential areas of weakness. Weaknesses can then be eliminated to create a smooth "journey" for customers. When customers experience superior service, they will likely form a long-term relationship with the company.
