Below are several samples of marketing material that I produced for The Carlyle Club between April 2018 and December 2018.
Wedding Brochure
"Preferred Vendors List"
Click here to view the PDF version of the finalized brochure. I redesigned this brochure in July 2018. I contacted several wedding vendors to arrange partnerships with local florists, bakeries and hotels. Once these partnerships were coordinated, I created an updated brochure using bright colors that matched the new marketing materials' style. I wanted to create a uniform brand image for the company, and I believe I achieved this through my redesign of the company's marketing collaterals.

"Wedding Contract Letter"
Click here to view the PDF version of the contract letter. The Carlyle Club's owners approached me one day and asked me to write a pre-contract letter. This letter would be given to any couple looking to host their wedding at The Carlyle Club. The letter explains, in detail, a basic schedule for finalizing a guest list, contacting vendors and making final payments. This letter is now given to every couple, and I was excited that my writing and content (as well as design) will be the official pre-contract letter for prospective customers.

During the summer of 2018, I was tasked with revamping The Carlyle Club's wedding package brochures. These brochures are given to every couple who books a wedding with the venue. The previous wedding package brochure was updated in 2003. It was my job to redesign the marketing materials. I wanted to give the brochures an "art-deco-chic" feel. The best way I can describe the venue's interior is that it appears to be very "Old Hollywood glam" crossed with "The Great Gatbsy." I wanted to keep that feeling in the marketing brochures since they would be the first pieces of marketing material that a couple would view after booking their wedding celebration at The Carlyle Cub.

Similar to the Wedding Package Brochure, I redesigned the "Special Events" Package Brochure. This brochure is given to any client who is planning on hosting a special event at the venue. These events include birthdays, anniversary parties, corporate meetings, family reunions and more. In keeping with the style of the wedding package brochure, I wanted to maintain a similar style with the special events brochure.
